PROCLAMATION NO. 433 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 31 JANUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LIAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS January 03, 2024

WHEREAS,on 31 January 2024, Wednesday, the Municipality of Lian, Province of Batangas will mark the celebration of its Liberation Day;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Lian be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Wednesday, 31 January 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Lian, Province of Batangas.

IN WITNESS THEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
