PROCLAMATION NO. 482 DECLARING SATURDAY, 24 FEBRUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZMBOANGA SIBUGAY February 22, 2024

WHEREAS,on 24 February 2024, Saturday, the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay will mark the celebration of its 23^rdFounding Anniversary;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P, BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Saturday, 24 February 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
