WHEREAS,on 07 March 2024, Thursday, the Island Garden City of Samal, Province of Davao del Norte, will mark the celebration of its 26^thFounding Anniversary;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Island Garden City of Samal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with the appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P, BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Thursday, 07 March 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Island Garden City of Samal, Province of Davao del Norte.
