WHEREAS,on 21 March 2024, Thursday, the City of Calapan, Province of Oriental Mindoro will mark the celebration of its 26^thFounding Anniversary;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calapan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P, BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Thursday, 21 March 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Calapan, Province of Oriental Mindoro.
