DECLARING MONDAY, 30 SEPTEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MASBATE, PROVINCE OF MASBATE
WHEREAS,on 30 September 2024, Monday, the City of Masbate, Province of Masbate will mark the celebration of its 24thCityhood Anniversary;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Masbate be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R, MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Monday, 30 September 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Masbate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
