DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 15 NOVEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO
WHEREAS,on 15 November 2023, Wednesday, the Province of Oriental Mindoro will mark the celebration of its 73rdFounding Anniversary;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Oriental Mindoro to be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 15 November 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Oriental Mindoro.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
