DECLARING SATURDAY, 20 JANUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA, POVINCE OF BATANGAS
WHEREAS,on 20 January 2024, Saturday, the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas will mark the celebration of the Coffee Festival;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I,LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 20 January 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa.
IN WITNESS THEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
