DECLARING THURSDAY, 21 SEPTEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MATEO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL
WHEREAS,on 21 September 2023, Thursday, the Municipality of San Mateo, Province of Rizal will mark the celebration of its 451stFounding Anniversary;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Mateo be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, , LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R,. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Thursday, 21 September 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Mateo, Province of Rizal.
