DECLARING SATURDAY, 17 SEPTEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR
WHEREAS,on 17 September 2022, Saturday, the Province of Zamboanga del Sur will mark the celebration of its 70thFounding Anniversary;
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, VICTOR D. RODRIGUEZ,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,do hereby declare Saturday, 17 September 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
