DECLARING SATURDAY, 21 MAY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MALABON
WHEREAS,on 21 May 2022, Saturday, the City of Malabon will mark the celebration of its 423rdFounding Anniversary; and
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and that the people of the City of Malabon be given the full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to public health measures of the national government;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA,Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President,RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE,do hereby declare Saturday, 21 May 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Malabon.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
