DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 10 FEBRUARY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LAOAG, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Laoag be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE,do hereby declare Wednesday, 10 February 2021, a special {non-working) day in the City of Laoag, Province of Ilocos Norte.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereuntoset my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
