DECLARING THURSDAY, 23 DECEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STO. NIÑO, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO
WHEREAS,on 23 December 2021, Thursday, the Municipality of Sto. Niño, Province of South Cotabato, will mark the celebration of its 41stFounding Anniversary; and
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and that the people of the Municipality of Sto. Niño be given the full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA,Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President,RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE,do hereby declare Thursday, 23 December 2021, a special (non-working) day in t he Municipality of Sto. Niño, Province of South Cotabato.
