PROCLAMATION NO. 1019 DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR September 14, 2020

WHEREAS,on 18 September 2020, Friday, the Province of Zamboanga del Sur will mark its 68th Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE,do hereby declare Friday, 18 September 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
