PROCLAMATION NO. 1031 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 04 NOVEMBER 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN CARLOS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL October 23, 2020

WHEREAS,on 04 November 2020, Wednesday, the City of San Carlos, Province of Negros Occidental, will mark the celebration of its annual festival commemorating the renaming of the locality from its former name,Nabinkalan;and

WHEREAS,it Is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Carlos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE,do hereby declare Wednesday, 04 November 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Carlos, Province of Negros Occidental.
