DECLARING MONDAY, 16 MARCH 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAVAO
WHEREAS,on 16 March 2020, Monday, the City of Davao will mark the celebration of itsParada Dabawenyoin relation to the 2020Araw ng Dabaw;and
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Davao be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,RODRIGO ROADUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 16 March 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Davao.
