DECLARING THURSDAY, 13 FEBRUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PARAÑAQUE
WHEREAS,on 13 February 2020, Thursday, the City of Parañaque will mark the celebration of its 22 nd Cityhood Anniversary; and
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Parañaque be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE,do hereby declare Thursday, 13 February 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Paranaque.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
