DECLARING THURSDAY, 16 JANUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF NAVOTAS
WHEREAS,on 16 January 2020, Thursday, the City of Navotas will mark the celebration of its 114 th Founding Anniversary; and
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Navotas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE,do hereby declare Thursday, 16 January 2020, a special (non-working) day in the City of Navotas.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
