DECLARING MONDAY, 17 FEBRUARY 2020, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, PROVINCE OF RIZAL
WHEREAS,on 17 February 2020, Monday, the Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal, will mark the celebration of theAraw ng Pasasalamat: HAMAKAFestival; and
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Taytay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE,do hereby declare Monday, 17 February 2020, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.
