DECLARING TUESDAY, 15 OCTOBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JIABONG, PROVINCE OF SAMAR
WHEREAS,on 15 October 2019, Tuesday, the Municipality of Jiabong, Province of Samar, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Jiabong be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE,do hereby declare Tuesday, 15 October 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Jiabong, Province of Samar.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
