DECLARING FRIDAY, 05 APRIL 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN
WHEREAS,on 05 April 2019, Friday, the Province of Pangasinan will mark the celebration of its 439 th Founding Anniversary; and
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Pangasinan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE,do hereby declare Friday, 05 April 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Pangasinan.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
