DECLARING FRIDAY, 21 JUNE 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN CITY OF BAYUGAN, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL SUR
WHEREAS,on 21 June 2019, Friday, the City of Bayugan, Province of Agusan del Sur, will mark the celebration of its 12thCharter Anniversary; and
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bayugan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I,SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,RODRIGO ROA DUTERE,do hereby declare Friday, 21 June 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bayugan, Province of Agusan del Sur.
