DECLARING MONDAY, 24 JUNE 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MASBATE
WHEREAS,on 24 June 2019, Monday, the Province of Masbate will mark the celebration of theKasadyaan sa Dagat2019(Bagat DagatFestival); and
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Masbate be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies ;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE,do hereby declare Monday, 24 June 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Masbate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
