DECLARING THURSDAY, 25 JULY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTIAGO, PROVINCE OF ISABELA
WHEREAS,on 25 July 2019, Thursday, the City of Santiago, Province of Isabela, will mark the celebration of theAggaw na NaturalesDay; and
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santiago be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 25 July 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Santiago, Province of Isabela.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
