DECLARING FRIDAY, 22 MARCH 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALIWAG, PROVINCE OF BULACAN
WHEREAS,Mariano Ponce, a native of Baliwag, Bulacan, was a prominent member of the propaganda movement and one of the leading figures in the Philippine reform movement during the Spanish colonization; and
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Baliwag be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE,do hereby declare Friday, 22 March 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Baliwag, Province of Bulacan.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
