DECLARING FRIDAY, 09 AUGUST 2019, A SPECIAL (NGN-WORKING) DAY I THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYOMBQNG, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA
WHEREAS, on 09 August 2019, Friday, the Municipaiity of Bayombong, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, will mark the celebration of the 3rdBayongyongFestival; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bayombong be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 09 August 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bayombong, Province of Nueva Vizcaya.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
