PROCLAMATION NO. 712 DECLARING MONDAY, 06 MAY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTIAGO April 26, 2019

WHEREAS,on 05 May 2019, Sunday, the City of Santiago will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS,to enable the people of the City of Santiago to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Monday, 06 May 2019, be declared a special (non-working) day in lieu of 05 May 2019, which falls on a Sunday; and

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santiago be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE,do hereby declare Monday, 06 May 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Santiago.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
