DECLARING MONDAY, 02 APRIL 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TANJAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL
WHEREAS,to enable the people of the City of Tanjay celebrate the occasion theSangguniang Panlungsod of Tanjay requested that Monday, 02 April 2018, instead of 01 April 2018 which falls on a Sunday, be declared as a special non- working day; and
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tanjay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE,do hereby declare Monday, 02 April 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tanjay, Negros Oriental.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
