Declaring Friday, 26 January 2018, as a Special (Non-Working) Day in the City of Cadiz

WHEREAS,on Friday, 26 January 2018, the City of Cadiz, Negros Occidental marks the celebration of its 44thDinagsa Festival; and

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cadiz be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 26 January 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Cadiz.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
