DECLARING MONDAY, 19 FEBRUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, PROVINCE OF RIZAL
WHEREAS,theHAMAKA Festivalpromotes the woodworks and garments industry of Taytay; and
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Taytay, Rizal, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE,do hereby declare Monday, 19 February 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Taytay, Rizal.
