DECLARING MONDAY, 10 SEPTEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF QUIRINO
WHEREAS,on 10 September 2018, a Monday, the Province of Quirino will mark the celebration of its founding anniversary; and
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Quirino be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE,do hereby declare Monday, 10 September 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Quirino.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
