PROCLAMATION NO. 560 DECLARING TUESDAY, 04 SEPTEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONKAYO, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY August 23, 2018

WHEREAS,on 04 September 2018, a Tuesday, the Municipality of Monkayo, Province of Compostela Valley will mark the celebration of its 64 th founding anniversary and the 23 rdKariyawanFestival; and

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Monkayo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE,do hereby declare Tuesday, 04 September 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Monkayo, Province of Compostela Valley,
