PROCLAMATION NO. 341 DECLARING MONDAY 13 NOVEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUMACA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON November 06, 2017

WHEREAS, theMunicipality of Gumaca, Quezon marks its 435 th Founding Anniversary on 12 November 2017:

WHEREAS,to enabse the people of the Municipality of Gumaca, Quezon, to  celebrate the occasion, the Sangguniang Bayan of Gumaca requested that Monday, 13 November 2017 be declared as a special non-workrng day, instead of 12 November 2017 which falls on a Sunday; and

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Gumaca, Quezonbe given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEAExecutive Secretary, by authority of the PresidentRODRIGO ROA DUTERTE,do hereby declare Monday 13November 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon.
