CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED ALONG QUEZON AVENUE, BARANGAY PALIGSAHAN, QUEZON CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748



Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority,I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE,President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building with a gross floor area ofTwelve Thousand square meters (12,000 m 2),subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (S. 2000) and Resolution No. 16-135 (S. 2016) of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, as an Information Technology Center to be known asBEN-LOR I.T. Centerwhich stands on a parcel of land located along Quezon Avenue, Barangay Paligsahan, Quezon City, containing an aggregate area ofOne Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Four and80/100 square meters (1,484.80 m 2) more or less,as defined by the following technical description:

Lot 5, Block S-138Bsd-7365-B

A parcel of land covered by TCT No. RT-85031 (237724) PR-32785 (Lot 5, Block S-138-B of Diliman Estate Subdivision plan Bsd-7365- B, being a portion of Lot R.P. 3-B-1 of plan Bsd-7365, GLRC Record No. 7681), situated in the District of Diliman, Quezon City.

Bounded on the NE., by Lot 6, Block S-138; on the SE., by Lot 15, Block S-138; on the SW., by Lot 4, Block S-138; and on the NE., by Lot R-279 (Quezon Boulevard); all of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 69 deg. 07' E., 111.79 m., more or less, from BLLM No. 8, Quezon City;

thence S. 57 deg. 36' W., 30.00 m. to point 2;
thence N. 32 deg. 23' W., 49.49 m. to point 3;
thence N. 57 deg. 35' E., 30.00 m. to point 4;
thence S. 32 deg. 23' E., 49.50 m. to the point of

beginning; containing an area ofOne Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Fourand80/100 square meters (1,484.80 m 2), more or less.All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by BL cyl. cone. mons. 15 x 60 cm; Bearings, true; date of the original survey, December 1910 to June 1911 and that of the subdivision survey, December 1939 to December 1940.
