DECLARING MONDAY, 15 JANUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO
WHEREAS,the City of San Pablo marks the celebration of the 23rdCoconut Festival and Street Dancing Competition (Mardi Gras) on Monday, 15 January 2018; and
WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I,SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA,Executive Secretary, by authority of the President,RODRIGO ROA DUTERE,do hereby declare Monday, 15 January 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo.
