PROCLAMATION NO. 29 DECLARING FRIDAY, 16 SEPTEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOS BAÑOS, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA August 04, 2016

WHEREAS, Saturday, 16 September 2016, marks the 401^stFoundation Day Municipality of Los Baños, Laguna;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Los Baños, Laguna celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Friday, 16 September 2016, be declared as a special non-working day instead of 17 September 2016, which falls on a Saturday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Los Baños, Laguna be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 16 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Los Baños, Laguna.
