RESERVING A PARCEL OF LAND IN SITIO BOBOWA, BARANGAY TABANGOHAY, MUNICIPALITY OF ALANG-ALANG, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, ISLAND OF LEYTE AS TRAINING, RESEARCH AND EDUCATIONAL CENTER UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE-AGRICULTURAL TRAINING INSTITUTE (DA-ATI)



Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I,BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale or settlement and reserve a certain parcel of land of the public domain for theDEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE-AGRICULTURAL TRAINING INSTITUTE (DA-ATI) REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER, subject to final survey and private rights, if any there be, situated in Sitio Bobowa, Barangay Tabangohay, Municipality of Alang-alang, Province of Leyte, Island of Leyte and more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (SK-08-000073, MBM No. 18, Cad-220) situated in Sitio Bobowa, Barangay Tabangohay, Municipality of Alang-alang, Province of Leyte, Island of Leyte.
