PROCLAMATION NO. 841 DECLARING THURSDAY, MAY 19, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN BUTUAN CITY May 16, 2005

WHEREAS,the City of Butuan celebrates its annual fiesta on Thursday, May 19, 2005;

WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Butuan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA,Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency,GLORIA MACAPAGAL – ARROYO,do hereby declare Thursday, May 19, 2005, as special (non-working) day in Butuan City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
