WHEREAS,Tuesday, October 21, 2003, marks that Golden Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Cotabato; andWHEREAS,it is fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Cotabato, be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipality’s history with appropriate ceremonies.NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G.
