DECLARING FRIDAY, JANUARY 16, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVOTAS, METRO MANILA
WHEREAS, Friday, January 16, 2004, marks the98th Foundation Dayanniversary of the Municipality of Navotas, Metro Manila;
WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Municipality of Navotas be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipality's history with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, PresidentGLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do
hereby declare Friday, January 16, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Navotas.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
