WHEREAS,Monday, December 1, 2003, celebrates the Municipality’s "Araw ng Cainta"; and

WHEREAS,its is proper that the people of the Municipality of Cainta be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO,Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency,GLORIAMACAPAGAL-ARROYO,do hereby declare Monday, December 1, 2003, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal.
