DECLARING FRIDAY, JUNE 20, 2003, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN
WHEREAS, Friday, June 20, 2003 marks the56th Charter Dayanniversary of the City of Dagupan;
WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dagupan be given full opportunity to celebrate this event with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, by order of Her Excellency,GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, June 20, 2003, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Dagupan.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
