DECLARING TUESDAY, JULY 1, 2003, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONCADA, TARLAC
WHEREAS, Tuesday, July 1, 2003, marks theFoundation Day Anniversaryof the Municipality of Moncada, Tarlac;
WHEREAS,it is fitting that the people of the Municipality of Moncada, Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency,GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, July 1, 2003, as a special day in the Municipality of Moncada, Tarlac.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
