Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1.The amount of Four Million Nine Hundred Two Thousand Four Hundred Pesos ( Php. 4,902,400.00) in Other Maintenance and Operating Expenses, under the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses is hereby realigned to Advertising Expense Account of Ordinance No. 8381, otherwise known as the Executive Budget for FY 2015, for payment of advertising expenses incurred by the City Council to publish the proposed and approved City Ordinance and Resolutions,

SEC. 2. Effectivity Clause.– This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on December 29, 2015.
