Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled,THAT:
SECTION 1.The acquisition either by negotiation, expropriation or by other legal means of those certain parcels of land with a total land area of One Thousand One Hundred Ninety Square Meters and Five Square Decimeters (1,190.5 SQ. M.), located at Sampaloc, Manila, to wit:

is hereby authorized pursuant to Section 19 of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991 and the Land-for-the-Landless Program of the City of Manila.
SEC. 2.The amount necessary to effectively carry out the provisions of this Ordinance shall be appropriated on the next annual budget of the year following the approval of this Ordinance.
SEC. 3.The aforementioned parcels of land, when acquired, shall be subdivided and resold at cost and/or payable on installment basis for a term not exceeding twenty (20) years to the qualified member-beneficiaries of the TAHANAN NG TAGA SAMPALOC, INC., who are actual occupants of the subject parcels of land.
SEC. 4.Copies of this Ordinance shall be published in newspapers of general circulation and shall be posted in conspicuous places.
SEC. 5. Effectivity Clause.– This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on Septembers, 2015.
