Relative to the implementation of LTO Motor Vehicle Plate Standardization Program (LTOMVPSP) wherein specially designed bolts/self tapping screws (Plate Locks) are issued for proper attachment of the license plate to a motor vehicle, failure to use the specified plate locks and/or the use of any other bolts/screws other than those supplied by the LTO -for the new standard license plate design shall constitute improper attachment thereof and shall be ground for being penalised with a fee of Php5,000.00 underSection II(e) Joint Administrative Order No. 2014-01dated 02 June 2014.
