In addition to Memorandum Circular No. AVT-2014-1990 dated 23 December 2014, all apprehensions under the Joint Administrative Order No. 2014-01 dated 02 June 2014 thatremain unsettled as of 05 January 2015shall be adjudicated pursuant to the guidelines in the said memorandum circular, with the understanding that all apprehensions not settled within fifteen (15) days shall be deemed admitted under Section 5 (General Provisions) of Joint Administrative Order.
