Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled,THAT:

SECTION 1.There is hereby reverted the sum of Two Hundred Twenty-Six Million Two Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Six Pesos (PhP. 226,277,676.00) to the Non-Office Account, Special Activities Fund-Personal Services under Ordinance No. 8381, otherwise known as the Executive Budget for FY 2015.

SEC. 2.The sum herein reverted represents the total amount derived from Salary Savings by department/office/bureau from January 1, 2015 to October 31, 2015, as follows:

SEC. 3.The salary saving shall be allocated for the payment of incentive pay equivalent to one month salary of employees of the City Government of the different department, offices and bureaus of the City of Manila.

SEC. 4. Effectivity Clause.– This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on December 8, 2015.
