MARINA ERRATUM RE: MARINA CIRCULAR NO. 2013-02 May 29, 2014

Please take notice that MARINA Circular No. 2013-02 on the “Revised Rules for the Registration, Documentation and Deletion of Ships Operating in Philippine Waters”, which was published in Malaya Newspaper on March 01, 2013, erroneously provides in the Repealing Clause, to wit:

“XIII. REPEALING CLAUSE

The provisions of MC Nos. 90, 177 and Chapter XV of1997 of PMMRRwhich arenotinconsistent with this Circular are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.”

The foregoing clause is hereby rectified to reflect the correct provision, to wit:

“XIII. REPEALING CLAUSE

The provision of MC Nos. 90, 177 and Chapter XV of PMMRR 1997 which are inconsistent with this Circular are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.”
