Notice is hereby given to all concerned that where an application for the issuance/amendment of a Certificate of Public Convenience is contested, all motions praying for the grant of a provisional relief in the form of a temporary authority to operate pending resolution of the application shall, in observance of due process, be heard. Ex-parte filing of such motion shall not be allowed nor be given due course.
