All LTO Officers, law enforcers, adjudicators, other personnel, and deputized agents concerned are hereby directed not to apprehend drivers or owners of new motor vehicles and motorcycles from “NO PLATE NO TRAVEL POLICY”, as long as they can present documents that they have already registered their motor vehicles/motorcycles from LTO.
